1. Return & Exchange Policy:

• Products must be intact, unused, and without any signs of damage caused by the user.
• Products must retain all original packaging, labels, and accompanying accessories (if any).
• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Customers must provide a purchase invoice or receipt to confirm the transaction.

2. Eligible Return Cases:

• Products that are defective due to manufacturing errors.
• Products that are damaged during shipping.
• Products that do not match the order (wrong color, wrong size, wrong model).

3. Ineligible Return Cases:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the user.
• Products that are no longer intact with their original packaging or missing accompanying accessories.
• Products that fall under the non-returnable goods category (this will be specifically indicated on each product if applicable).

4. Return & Exchange Process:

• Step 1: Customers contact Yabe Vietnam’s customer service department via phone or email to request a return or exchange.
• Step 2: Customers provide necessary information including the order number, the reason for return/exchange, and illustrative images (if needed).
• Step 3: Upon receiving the request, the customer service department will review and confirm the return/exchange conditions within 3 working days.
• Step 4: If the request is accepted, customers will send the product to Yabe Vietnam’s address as instructed by the customer service department.
• Step 5: Upon receiving the product, Yabe Vietnam will inspect it and process the return or exchange as per the customer’s request within 7 working days.

5. Return & Exchange Fees:

• If the product is defective due to manufacturing errors or damage during shipping, Yabe Vietnam will cover all return/exchange costs.
• If the customer wishes to exchange the product for personal reasons (not due to manufacturing errors), the customer will bear the shipping and handling fees (if any).

6. Refunds:

• Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or via the original payment method.
• The refund process will take 7-14 working days from the date Yabe Vietnam confirms the refund.
